We do not accept every property.

Neither a weak location nor dated furnishing is redeemed by good management. We assess before committing, and we prefer candour to a promise, so as never to waste your time.

The owners we work with

  • Moroccan owners who want a property to pay without spending their evenings on it
  • Moroccans living abroad, who cannot be on the ground
  • Foreign investors looking for reliable, legible management
  • Owners of high-end villas and apartments
  • Owners who would rather delegate fully than halfway

The properties we look for

  • Well-located apartments in Rabat and along its coastline
  • Villas with outdoor space, a terrace or a pool
  • Homes already equipped, or quickly brought up to standard
  • Properties suited to high-end or family travellers
  • Locations that sustain demand year-round, not only in summer

Where we operate.

Rabat and its coastline. We deliberately stay within a territory we know, rather than spreading ourselves across several cities.

Agdal

Business and retail district, in strong demand for professional and short city stays.

Hassan and the Medina

The historic heart, close to the Hassan Tower and the Bouregreg. Cultural and tourist visitors.

Hay Riad

Newer residential area, spacious apartments and villas. Family stays and longer visits.

Souissi and Les Orangers

Villas with gardens, high standing, upmarket and diplomatic clientele.

L'Océan and the seafront

Views and immediate beach access, strongly seasonal in summer.

Harhoura and Temara

Just south of Rabat, coastal villas and seaside stays.

What we look at before saying yes.

  • The location and what it genuinely supports in short-term letting
  • The condition, layout and amenities of the home
  • The immediate competition and the price level actually achievable
  • The seasonality of the area and demand across the year
  • Any building or neighbour constraints
  • And, quite simply, whether we can do good work on it

If the property is not suited to it, we tell you, with the reasons. That is more useful than a contract that will not last six months.

Let's look at your property together.

A first read on its short-term potential, with no commitment and no sales pitch.
