What does your service cost?

Our commission is 20% of the income generated, in line with the Moroccan market. It covers the entire operation. The exact rate is confirmed after the audit, based on the property, the area and the level of service. Repair costs remain yours.

Is exclusivity required?

Yes, on distribution. Marketing the property is centralised and steered by us: that is what prevents calendar clashes and double bookings, and what makes real pricing control possible.

How long is the commitment?

The commitment period and exit terms are written into the contract, before the first booking. [TO BE COMPLETED]

I live abroad. How does it work?

This is a common case and we are set up for it. We are your presence on the ground: meeting tradespeople, checking the home, handling the unexpected, and a regular remote update. Nothing to visit, nothing to call about.

Who pays for cleaning?

Cleaning is built into our organisation and our standards: you no longer handle it. How it is billed is set out at the audit stage, depending on the size of the home and the pace of stays.

What if a guest damages the property?

Guest screening and clear house rules exist first of all to prevent it. If an incident occurs, we assess it, document it, activate the protections the platform provides and coordinate the repairs.

Can I use my property whenever I want?

Yes. You block the dates you need. The earlier they are known, the better we can build the season around them.

How much can my property earn?

We do not give a figure before seeing the property. Any serious estimate depends on location, layout, amenities and the immediate competition. That is precisely what the audit is for.

Do you manage outside Rabat?

We work in Rabat and along its coastline, deliberately. Real local roots are worth more than a presence spread thin across several cities.
